    PT. PLN Wilayah Sumsel, Jambi dan Bengkulu banyak menggunakan layanan TI agar dapat mengelola proses bisnisnya dengan baik. Tidak adanya suatu mekanisme pengukuran kinerja pihak ketiga membuat perusahaan kesulitan mengukur kinerja pihak ketiga. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada di PT. PLN Wilayah Sumsel, Jambi dan Bengkulu. Tahap pertama penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menjabarkan strategi dengan analisis SWOT, yang menghasilkan portofolio layanan TI. Tahap selanjutnya adalah pemberian rekomendasi mengenai strategic sourcing dalam membangun layanan TI perusahaan dengan menganalisis kondisi perusahaan saat ini. Pada tahap akhir penelitian akan dijabarkan mengenai mekanisme pengukuran ketersediaan layanan TI dengan kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1 sub segmen DS1. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh portofolio layanan TI yang secara efektif dapat mendukung perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum mampu mengelola sendiri layanan TI secara internal, sehingga pengembangan layanan TI sebaiknya dilakukan melalui outsourcing. Formulasi mengenai SLA juga diusulkan dalam penelitian ini agar dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja pengelola layanan TI perusahaan. PT. PLN Region Sumsel, Jambi and Bengkulu use IT services in order to properly manage its business processes. The absence ofa mechanism for third-party performance measurement make it difficult to measure the performance of third parties.This study aimed to address the various problems that exist in there. The first phase of this research will be done by outlining strategies with SWOT analysis, which produces a portfolio of IT services. The next stage is the provision of recommendations on the strategic sourcing in developing IT services in the company by analyzing the current condition of the company. In the final stage of research, we will clarify the mechanisms in measuring the availability of IT services with COBIT 4.1framework, DS1 sub segments. From the research results obtained a portfolio of IT services that can effectively support the company. The study also produced findings that shows the company has not been able to manage their own IT services internally, so the development of IT services should be done through outsourcing. Formulation of the SLA is also proposed in this study, so that can be used to measure the performance of IT service management company

    Information Security Awareness Analysis on Digital Bank Customer Using Analytic Hierarchy Process: Case Study at XYZ Application from Bank ABC

    Digital banking is an innovation from banks to deal with the high demand of the retail customer. This study aims to analyse and measure the level of information security awareness of the customers of XYZ as one of the digital banks in Indonesia and provide recommendations for steps that need to be taken to reduce fraud cases caused by customer negligence. Focus areas that included in this research are the adaptation and extension of the HAIS-Q framework and becoming a new theoretical framework to measure information security awareness for end-user. The measurement is carried out by distributing questionnaires with five Likert scales to 385 respondents and then processed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which involves eight experts measuring the weight of several identified focus areas and then classified using the Kruger scale. The information security awareness measurement has a result of 81,9770 which indicates that the information security awareness of XYZ users has a good level. The results of data processing show that there are two focus areas and ten focus sub-area that is still not in the good category. In addition, several recommendations are given to XYZ so that the focus areas and sub-areas that are not categorized as good can be improved to make sure the information security awareness of XYZ users becomes better

    PENGUKURAN TINGKAT DUKUNGAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA DIREKTORAT TRANSFORMASI TEKNOLOGI KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMASI, DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PAJAK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN IT BALANCED SCORECARD

    Direktorat Transformasi Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi (Direktorat TTKI) mengemban tugas dalam mewujudkan rencana strategis Direktorat Jenderal Pajak melalui modernisasi information system (IS) atau information technology (IT) secara efisien dan optimal. Untuk menilai tingkat efisiensi dan optimalisasi penggunaan information technology (IT), diperlukan proses pengukuran secara berkesinambungan. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengukuran tingkat dukungan SI/TI pada Direktorat TTKI, sehingga Direktorat TTKI bisa memperbaiki hal-hal yang dianggap masih lemah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah IT Balanced Scorecard yang dikembangkan oleh Grembergen berdasarkan konsep Balanced Scorecard. Selain itu, digunakan pula indikator yang diperoleh dari US Governance Accountability Office (US GAO). Indikator-indikator inilah yang kemudian dijadikan bahan untuk menilai tingkat dukungan IT yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke staff Direktorat TTKI. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran IT Balanced Scorecard yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat dukungan IT pada Direktorat Transformasi Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi pada perspektif kontribusi perusahaan sebesar 49%, perspektif orientasi pengguna sebesar 66.3%, perspektif penyempurnaan organisasi sebesar 68.3%, dan perspektif orientasi masa depan sebesar 25.6%. Directorate of Communications and Information Technology Transformation took on the task in realizing the strategic plan of the Directorate General of Taxation through the modernization of IS / IT efficiently and optimally. To assess the efficiency and optimizing the use of IT, required continuous measurement process. In this study the level of support of IS / IT Directorate TTKI will be measured, so Directorate TTKI can fix things that were deemed to be weak. The instrument used is the IT Balanced Scorecard, developed by Grembergen based on the concept of Balanced Scorecard. In addition, the indicators used are obtained from the U.S. Governance Accountability Office (U.S. GAO). These indicators are then used as material to assess the level of IT support is done by distributing questionnaires to the staff of the Directorate TTKI. Based on the IT Balanced Scorecard measurements, showed that the level of IT support to the Directorate of Communications and Information Technology Transformation at perspective on the company's contribution is 49%, user-oriented perspective is 66.3%, organization's improvement perspective is 68.3%, and the future-orientated perspective is 25.6%

    Implementation Open Source System Resource Planning In Sustainable Supply Chain Management of Small and Medium Enterprise

    Abstract— In the production logistics context, the success of supply chains corresponds to their ability to meet the logistic performance expectations of customers. This ability depends on the contributions of all supply chain members to the logistical performance of the entire chain. Implementation of ERP system is one way that can be done to improve the performance of company. Implementation of ERP System using open source with ASAP method. Open source selected is Odoo. Use case modeling is used to design and describe user permissions. Created gap analysis and flow map of purchase orders process, incoming product and outbound input to compare business process before and after using Odoo. Implementation is initiated by restore master data activity. Furthermore, setting the Odoo on the Warehouse and Purchase module. After the implementation of Odoo in PT SJM, the existing documents can be accessed in real-time and increased efficiency of activity in the Warehouse, the amount of activity by 31%, the number of documents reduced by 50%, the efficiency traveled by 91% which is 48% faster, and all data is integrated into one database. This indicates that Odoo provides benefits for improving company performance

    This paper aims to conduct an analysis and exploration of matters that still needs to be considered in relation to data privacy in the online application system. This research is still a preliminary study. We conduct research related to data privacy using systematic literature review approach (SLR). Bt using SLR stages, we made a synthesis of 44 publications from Scopus Database Online that were released in the range 2015 - 2019. Based on this study, we found six things points to consider in data privacy, namely security and data protection, user awareness, risk managment, control setting, ethics, and transparency
